How long it takes
Allow up to 12 days from the day you order. That is the outside figure and we quote it deliberately — most orders land well before it, and we would rather beat a cautious estimate than miss an optimistic one.
We do not publish a per-country table, because we have not measured one. Anything we printed would be a guess dressed up as a schedule, and a delivery date is the easiest promise in retail to be held to. What we can tell you is the honest outside window, and that your tracking link will be more accurate than any table once the parcel is moving.
Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email carries the tracking link. It updates before we hear anything, so it is the fastest answer to where is my order — checking it will beat asking us. If it has not moved in several days, that is worth a message.

Twenty-eight countries, all priced in US dollars: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Customs and import charges
Orders crossing a border can attract duty or import tax, and the rules differ by country and by order value. Where a charge applies it is set by your country, not by us, and it is not included in the price you paid.
If you get asked for something you were not expecting, tell us. We will tell you what we know rather than leave you to work it out alone.
Common questions
Is shipping really free, on everything?
Yes. Every order, every product, all 28 countries, no minimum spend. There is no threshold to reach and no shipping line added at checkout.
My order is taking longer than 12 days.
Message us with your order number. Twelve days is the outside window rather than a hard limit, and international parcels do occasionally sit in a customs queue — but past that point we would rather look than have you wonder.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If it has not shipped, tell us as soon as you can and we will try to catch it. Once it is with the courier the address is fixed, and it has to be redirected by them or returned to us.
Do orders ship together?
Not always. Items come from different places, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel and on more than one day. Nothing has gone wrong if the first box is short.
