Terms of sale

What you are agreeing to when you buy from us, in the plainest words we can manage.

These apply to everything bought through this shop. They sit alongside our shipping and returns pages, which carry the detail — where those pages and this one describe the same thing, they say the same thing on purpose.

Prices and currency

When your order becomes an order

Placing one is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we send the email confirming your order has shipped, not when you press the button. Between those two moments we may decline it — if the item turns out to be out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to the address. If we decline, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

We will not use a pricing mistake as a reason to cancel an order that was obviously correct. This clause is for genuine errors, not for changing our minds.

Paying

Delivery

Free on every order, to 28 countries, and most arrive well before the twelve days we ask you to allow. That window is an estimate rather than a guarantee — once a parcel is with the courier its timing is not ours to promise. If something has clearly gone wrong, tell us and we will chase it.

Changing your mind

Fourteen days from the day it arrives, as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging. That is the same window the returns page describes, and the returns page is the one to read for how it works in practice.

Your rights are not affected by any of this

Nothing here reduces what the law already gives you. In Australia our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality. Shoppers in the UK and the EU have their own equivalent protections, including a statutory cancellation period. Where a term below conflicts with any of that, the law wins.

Photographs and descriptions

We describe things as accurately as we can and photograph the actual product. Colours vary between screens, and a soft item may settle differently from the way it was photographed. If what arrives is not what was described, that is a fault and we treat it as one — not as a change of mind.

Common questions

Can you change these terms?

Yes, but only for future orders. Whatever was published when you ordered is what governs that order.

Something arrived damaged. Is that a return?

No, and please do not send it back before telling us. Message us with a photo of how it arrived. A damaged delivery is handled as a fault, which is faster for you and does not use up your fourteen days.

Who do I contact about an order?

Use the contact page. Include your order number and you will get a person rather than a form.
